Hatcher Stubbs’ Personal Injury Practice Group is, and has been for several years, primarily devoted to representing persons who sustain serious personal injury or whose family member has experienced wrongful death.
The success of the Personal Injury Practice Group results from intensive technical investigation, applied legal research to develop applicable legal theories and positions, and hard work to prepare cases for settlement or trial. This combination of hard work and trial skills results in a high rate of success in serious injury cases. Those cases which cannot be resolved by acceptable settlement will result in the filing of a lawsuit and trial, and, if necessary, an appeal. We achieve higher settlements and better courtroom results because of our intensive investigation, preparation and research.
In addition, we have extensive experience in all aspects of class-action practice. Hatcher Stubbs recently collaborated with outside attorneys and successfully obtained a settlement in excess of $250 million on behalf of the affected Georgia automobile owners in Mabry v. State Farm.
