Hatcher Stubbs’ Administrative Law Group represents governmental and quasi- governmental entities, utilities, municipalities and corporations.  We handle administrative hearings, including appearances before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), as well as judicial proceedings and state licensing board hearings.  We provide counsel and expertise in municipal liability, municipal revenue bonds, education law, land use and zoning, as well as civil rights and constitutional law.  Together with our employment litigators, we also provide corporate and institutional clients assistance creating policies tailored to the efficient resolution of labor and employment issues.
